Richie has 25 years Military and Security experience taking him operationally to Kosovo, Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan. During his Military career, Richie served in the A.C.E Mobile Force, training for Arctic Warfare and latterly becoming an Advanced Electronic Countermeasures Operator attached to the Bomb Disposal Regiment. Since leaving the Military, and before establishing GalloGlas Group, Richie held various posts from Operations Coordinator at the British Embassy in Kabul, Head of Operations in Basrah and is currently a Security Consultant with Royal Dutch Shell. GalloGlas Group Ltd consists of 4 companies, brought together to provide an unrivalled range of Security, Training and Logistical support, providing businesses with a complete solution. Volunteering wise, Richie is the Chairman of the South of Scotland Royal Signals Association, Chairman of the QoS Tanner Fund and is on the Board of Directors of D&G Chamber of Commerce.

Undertaking an apprenticeship as an electrician locally and becoming time served in 2003, Michael has always had a keen interest in all things technical and innovative since.
His career has steadily progressed since and has taken him all over the world, namely the oil and gas industry which Michael has been a part of for the last 12 years as Electrical/Electronic Subject Matter Expert.
This keen interest in technology led onto picking up drone flying as a hobby and when presented with the opportunity to increase his knowledge and skill set, Michael jumped at the chance to undertake the training and required theory and flight assessments to become approved as a UAV pilot by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)
As well as being a member of ARPAS-UK (Association of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) We are also part of the Drone Safe Register™ which is a Recognised Professional Directory of members that offer services for aerial and ground video, film, photography and Drone Operators.
MW Visuals Ltd is also proud to be part of the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service Community Asset Register.
The Community Asset Register is a Scotland wide database of volunteers willing to help during an emergency. The database plots assets on a map so if an emergency incident occurs SFRS can identify those who could help. Assets can be people with either skills or equipment.
